 Born and raised in Guerrero, Mexico, the journey to Chano's Cantina started with my humble beginnings as a dishwasher in Mexican and world renowned restaurants. Climbing the ranks from bartender to manager, I realized my dream in April of 2019 with the opening of Chano's Cantina.

At Chano's, our mission is simple yet profound – to make every guest feel welcomed, as if they've stepped into their own home. Our friendly staff ensures that each visitor has a memorable experience while indulging in our delectable food and drinks.

On our menu, you'll find my personal favorites, each with its own story. The appetizer Flautas, reminiscent of the crispy tacos from my hometown in Mexico. And let's not forget the dessert that started it all – flan – the very first dessert I ever mastered.
